Thank you so very much for giving my husband a place to rest for the night! I wish that I could have been on that plane, too! He was AMAZED at how much the boys have grown! (He doesn't look at your blog like I do!!)
One of my good friends-Krista (Gates) Bronniman read my blog and saw your link. She said y'all are good friends from way back! Small world!!!!!!! She may start a blog-I can't wait!
Why do I get the feeling you're a night owl like me?!?!?! LOL
We were at ACU the same time as Bret & Krista. Chris knew Bret somewhat through the Aggie club and I knew of both of them-Bret more than Krista. We didn't get close until we were both living in Lubbock back in '95, '96, '97???? Something like that.
We've been friends since then even though we go long periods without talking or seeing each other. To give you perspective, Bret has never even seen Gracie-and she's 7! Krista has seen Gracie but not Katie. We were supposed to stay the night with them last Christmas on our way through Texas to NM but the girls were sick then we weren't all the way better on the way back through coming home. I regret not stopping at least on the way back-we probably were okay but we didn't want to risk getting any of them sick.
Did you know they had a baby girl this summer?
