Trick or Treat

My 2 ninjas, a spider, and a zombie

My Cade has a great love for Halloween. He is very sad to see the holiday end. He cannot wait for next year!

Pumpkin Carving

Being the slacker mom that I am, we carved our pumpkins late in the afternoon on Halloween.
Nate was not interested in helping

Chase wanted to do his own creation
The boys requested another puking pumpkin like we had last year. When we came home from trick or treating, someone had put an empty beer can next to the pumpkin. While I get the humor, I did not really want that kind of humor at my house.

Halloween Day at School

Cade and Dylan were able to dress up as something that they want to be when they grow up. Cade wore a too small firefighter outfit, and Dylan dressed up as a soccer player. Nate wore his spider costume to preschool.

Pumpkin Patch

Here is the extent of my visit to the Pumpkin patch this year. This is on the afternoon of Halloween. Nate fell in love with this tombstone that I had just bought at Garden Ridge. He was able to wear his costume to preschool this day. He pretty much wore his costume all day, all the next day, all the next....you get the point. I have just one thing to say about the pumpkin patch ....slacker mom :)

Trunk of Treats

Our church's Trunk of Treats was held the weekend before Halloween. I did not get a lot of pictures because I was busy chasing after Nate.
My boys plus one of Chase's friends

Thomas and Tami - don't they look cute!
Nate loved, loved, loved all of the bounce houses

Fall Festival

Dylan and Cade's Fall Festival at their school was a lot of fun. I would like to show you pictures of all the boys, but I barely saw them :( Cade would show up now and then, but mostly I tagged along with Nate - that mostly consisted off watching him go on the tumble bus over and over and over again. He loved it!! The people running the bus definitely knew his name by the end of the night. Every time that I made Nate leave for a while, he let me know his displeasure. Here is Nate "playing" the Sponge Bob game. You were supposed to throw bean bags into Sponge Bob's mouth. Nate just walked up to his mouth and put the bean bags into his mouth. Why waste time? This was before he discovered the tumble bus. After he discovered the bus, he no longer participated in any other activities.

Getting off the bus - repeat about 500 times
