Cade loves spooky things. This "spooky" book is one of his favorites. Maybe he was reading it out loud to Maggie, because she looks quite spooked.

Puppies in the Snow

We headed to Abilene for Christmas. It snowed and snowed on Christmas Eve. Maggie had a great time playing in the snow. She had a great time the entire time we were in Abilene because she had a lot of other dogs to play with :)

Why Can't We be Friends?

Our kitty, Ash, is an old and grumpy kitty. She just wants to be left alone. She has no interest in making friends with our puppy, Maggie. Sweet Maggie desperately wants to be friends with Ash. She will follow Ash around (keeping a respectable distance). She will creep as close as she can to Ash. This day, she managed to get this close (just out of hissing distance). They slept quite peacefully together, as long as the space remained. Maybe there is hope after all, but I doubt it.

Yes, Nate is in this picture, but I really took it because of the cute little boy with the 2 girls loving on him! Just so you know, he was loving it. I won't name the little boy, but I will say that his dad is David and his mom is Leigh Ann ;)
