Dylan has really enjoyed playing the piano at Mimi's house. He will just sit down and start playing his scales. I would love for him to take piano lessons except for 3 important facts - 1) we don't have a piano or a place to put a piano, 2) I have no idea about where to look for a piano teacher, and 3) money. Maybe in the future.
Nate finding trouble
Nate's schedule was all off - here he fell asleep while loving on his bubba.
We made chocolate ice cream - Nate thought it was yummy!
Aunt Kristen and Cade
Nate didn't want to go to bed - his new stall tactic is too ask for Chase or for Cade or for Dylan or for Daddy. Here he was asking for Daddy so he was allowed to sit with him for a few minutes - his face is saying, "I won!"
The boys had a good time playing in the field, playing in the grain, riding in trucks and tractors and combines. Chase had fun with all of this until his asthma got the better of him. Then he got to go shopping with the girls - BIG fun for him, or not.
I won't tell you what they are doing here but I will tell you that I was not present at this event. It did make for cute pictures and it was in the middle of nowhere.

Looks like your dad's wheat was fine...the wheat around here is HORRIBLE. I think they reaped about 1/2 of what they expected. It looked like it was going to be the best crop in the past 5 years or so, then we had every weather phenomenon known to the area...
How awesome for your boys to spend time on the farm! What great memories they're making!
