Chase's Party Day
The 4th grade was not going to have a field day because they had play day. A mom at school thought this was wrong so she organized a wonderful, all-day, field day party just for the 4th grade. I was able to come and help some in the morning. Chase's class was Horn's Hornets. They came in second in the contests. Here they are at the tug of war - they easily beat the opposing team.

Yea for that mom! Those kids will never forget that day when they could have a blast with their classmates. I still remember our elementary field days and how we looked forward to them all year! I owned that three-legged race!
I can't believe how much has changed since we were in school. I'm glad that mom stepped up! Looks like they had a GREAT time!
